Mijaín López Núñez (born 20 August 1982) is a Cuban Greco-Roman wrestler. He is a three-time Olympic gold medalist, five-time World Champion, and four-time Champion of Pan American Games.

López has represented Cuba at the 2004, 2008 and 2012 Summer Olympics in Beijing and London, and was his country's flag bearer during the opening ceremonies. In both competitions he won the gold medal in the men's Greco-Roman 120 kg category. At the 2016 Rio Games, López won Gold in the 130 kg category.

On 18 October 2010 Mijaín López was rumoured to have defected and be training in Miami for Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), however, Eric Castanos, the coach he was rumoured to be training with, contradicted these rumours, stating that Mijaín López is still in Cuba and has never mentioned anything to him about defecting.
