Miguel Mejía Barón (17 April 1944) is a Mexican retired footballer and manager.
He currently works as a technical assistant of Ricardo Ferretti in Tigres UANL.
Mejía played for UNAM Pumas and would later manage the club.
He coached Mexico at the 1994 FIFA World Cup.
