Memphis is a village in Saunders County, Nebraska, United States. The population was 114 at the 2010 census.
Memphis was established in the 1880s when the Chicago, Burlington and Quincy Railroad was extended to that point. A large share of the early settlers being natives of Tennessee caused the name to be selected.

As of the census of 2010, there were 114 people, 47 households, and 33 families residing in the village. The population density was 1,266.7 inhabitants per square mile (489.1/km2). There were 54 housing units at an average density of 600.0 per square mile (231.7/km2). The racial makeup of the village was 100.0% White. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 4.4% of the population.
There were 47 households of which 31.9% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 59.6% were married couples living together, 6.4% had a female householder with no husband present, 4.3% had a male householder with no wife present, and 29.8% were non-families. 25.5% of all households were made up of individuals and 10.7% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.43 and the average family size was 2.94.
