Matti Vanhanen's first cabinet was the 69th cabinet of Finland. The cabinet was in office from 24 July 2003 to 19 April 2007. The previous cabinet, the Jäätteenmäki Cabinet, lasted only for 69 days, and it fell because of the Iraq leak scandal. The cabinet's prime minister was Matti Vanhanen.
