Matsudaira Narisawa (松平 斉善, 31 October 1820 – 15 September 1838) was a Japanese daimyo of the Edo period. He was head of the Fukui Domain in Echizen Province.
Narisawa was a son of Tokugawa Ienari with his concubine, Ohachi no Kata later Honrin'in (d.1850). When Matsudaira Naritsugu (who was his brother in law from his sister, Asahime) died without an heir, the shogun appointed this son to head the domain. His childhood name was speculated as Taminosuke (民之助) or Sensaburo (千三郎)
