Martin Troen "Marty" Moe is an American lawyer and executive. He is President of Vox Media, a digital media company, and co-founder of The Verge, a technology news and media website. He was previously an executive at AOL.

During the Clinton administration, Moe was an adviser to United States Secretary of the Treasury Lawrence H. Summers. Prior to that, he was an attorney at Skadden Arps in DC.

He is a graduate of Oberlin College and the New York University School of Law.
