Marshintsy

Marshyntsi (Ukrainian: Маршинці; Romanian: Marșenița) is one of the Romanian-speaking villages of the Novoselytsia Raion (district) of Chernivtsi Oblast (province) in western Ukraine (the historical region of Bessarabia). Sofia Rotaru was born in Marshyntsi in 1947.
