Manzur Qadir (Urdu: منظور قادر) was a leading Pakistani jurist of the 1950s and 1960s. He also served as the Foreign Minister of Pakistan in the military government of Ayub Khan from 1958 to 1962.
He was the son of Sir Abdul Qadir. He married a daughter of Fazli Husain.
In 1960, Qadir served as the chairman of the constitutional committee which formulated Pakistan's constitution of 1960.
Manzur Qadir served as the chief justice of the Lahore High Counrt from 1962-1963.
Qadir was a role-model to and a friend of Khushwant Singh.
