Manali New Town [Acronym: MNT] (Tamil: மணலி நியூ டவுன் / மணலி புது நகர்) is a neighbourhood in Chennai, developed by CMDA. Manali New Town includes areas from Edayanchavadi and Sadayankuppam Panchayats of in the Indian state of Tamil Nadu. It is a northern neighbourhood of Chennai City .
Manali New Town borders Ennore to the east, Redhills to the west, Manali to the south, Minjur to the North. This town is situated adjacent to the State Highway-56. The residents of this area are affected by traffic caused by container trucks.

Manali New Town, well known for its wide range of Temples, has been called "Temple Town" by the neighbourhood people.
Manali New Town is one among the first few areas distributed with desalinated water from the Minjur desalination plant.
Though Manali New Town was created as a Satellite Township by CMDA in 1980’s, MNT still lacks many essential commodities like Road facilities, Street lights, Fire service and frequent bus services. CMDA yet to hand over the Manali New Town to the local bodies concerned for better development of many civic amenities.
