Malaysia competed in the 2014 Commonwealth Games in Glasgow, Scotland, from 23 July to 3 August 2014. It is one of Malaysia's worst performances in Commonwealth Games history which saw Malaysia fell short behind Singapore in the medal tally for the first time since 1962 and fell out of the top ten nations in the medal tally for the first time in 16 years.
Malaysia has qualified a rugby sevens team.
