Major Grom is a fictional superhero appearing in Russian comic books published by Bubble Comics. The character first appeared in Major Grom #1 (2011).
Grom has no inherent superhuman powers; he relies on his own scientific knowledge, detective skills, and athletic prowess. Grom has been repeatedly described as having a genius-level intellect.
An adaptation to Major Grom has been announced on 2014. During 2016 Comic-Con Russia the first trailer has been shown. The short version of the film has been premiered on February 2017. A full-length film will be release in 2018.
