Maher Udda

Maher Udda (also Maher Ouda) (born 1963) is a Palestinian terrorist suspected of planning suicide bombings in Israel.

Udda is a top Hamas commander. On March 15, 2010 he was arrested by the Israel Defense Forces and Shin Bet in a joint operation which caught him by surprise. Hamas claimed that the Palestinian Authority was involved in helping Israel arrest Udda. The Israeli military described at the time of his arrest as one of the founders of Hamas.

Udda is suspected of planning the 2003 Café Hillel bombing.
