Magomed Hozhakhmedovich Daudov Chechen: Дауди Хожахьмадан Мохьмад, also known as "Lord", date of birth - 26 February 1980, Shpakovskoe village[~ 1], Stavropolskiy Region, Russian SFSR, Soviet Union) — is a military and political figure of the Chechen Republic. The First Deputy Chairman of the Chechen Republic government on power block (2010—2012), Manager of administration of the Head and the Government of the Chechen Republic (2011—2015), the Chairman of the Parliament of the III (2015—2016) and the IV convention (since 2016).
In the First Chechen War he participated in fighting actions against federal troops, at the beginning of the Second Chechen War came to the side of Russian government. He worked in Security service of А. А. Kadyrov (2002—2004), commanded a troop, then a police force battalion of a special purpose of MIA accross Chechen Republic of Shalinsky District Department of Internal Affairs (2004—2005), he was Chief of Staff of republican OMON (2006 — 2007) and Chief of Shalinsky District Department of Internal Affairs (2007 — 2010).
According to a number of journalists, he is the second person in the Chechen Republic on influence after the Head of the Chechen Republic R.A. Kadyrov, he enters his inner circle and often carries out "special orders" of the Head of the Chechen Republic. Official media carry to his achievements the activity directed to strengthening of the Russian statehood and the significant contribution in fight against terrorism. In oppositional media he appears in some scandal events, connected with intimidations of inhabitants of the Chechen Republic, and R.A. Kadyrov's critics.
He is a police colonel, member of Presidium of regional political council of the party "United Russia". He has a set of reawards among which there are two Orders of Courage (2005, 2006), the most significant award of Chechen Republic - Order of Kadyrov (2006), a rank "Honorary citizen of the Chechen Republic" (2007); an order for courage and heroism in the line of duty, he is awarded the rank "The Hero of the Russian Federation" (2007).
