The Macedonian women's First League of Handball (Macedonian: Македонска Женска ракометна супер лига), is the top-tier team handball competition in the Republic of Macedonia. It is currently sponsored by the Skopje brewery beer Skopsko. As of September 2010, the Macedonian Handball Federation is ranked 36th in the world.
