The Macedonian Basketball Cup (Macedonian: Кошаркарски куп на Македонија), is an elimination basketball tournament held annually. It is the second most important national title in Macedonian basketball after the Macedonian First League. Currently, Rabotnički holds the record for most titles won with 9 and MZT Skopje Aerodrom with 8.
