Mabel is a city in Fillmore County, Minnesota, United States. The population was 780 at the 2010 census.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 0.5 square miles (1.3 km2), all of it land.

A post office called Mabel has been in operation since 1880. The city was named for the daughter of a railroad official.

Minnesota State Highways 43 and 44 are two of the main routes in the community.
