Lyndon is a village in Whiteside County, Illinois, United States. The population was 648 at the 2010 census, up from 566 in 2000.

According to the 2010 census, Lyndon has a total area of 0.781 square miles (2.02 km2), of which 0.78 square miles (2.02 km2) (or 99.87%) is land and 0.001 square miles (0.00 km2) (or 0.13%) is water.
As of the census of 2000, there were 566 people, 236 households, and 165 families residing in the village. The population density was 689.6 people per square mile (266.5/km²).
