Luzia Nunes is a settlement in the southwestern part of the island of Fogo, Cape Verde. It is situated 7 km southeast of the island capital São Filipe. Its 2010 census population was 438. The village are connected with a branch road linking the Fogo Circular Road and Vicente Dias. Nearby places include Forno (or Penteada) located hundreds of meters north and over a kilometer east is Patim.
It is situated north of Ribeira de Patim, a river starting at around 2,500 meters above sea level at Bordeira emptying into the Atlantic. The village sits above the Atlantic overlooking the island of Brava.
The village has its own sports pavilion, being the only prominent building in the village. Also it has a small sports club named Luzabril.
Agriculture is the main industry, tourism is rare in Patim.
Its climate is about two degrees warmer than Monte Grande and Patim as it is in a lower elevation than the town but higher than the Atlantic as it is being around 450 meters above sea level.
