Lum Rexhepi (born 3 August 1992) is an Kosovo Albanian professional footballer who plays as a defender for Go Ahead Eagles and the Kosovo national team.
On 27 January 2015, Rexhepi signed a one-year contract with Tippeligaen side Lillestrøm SK, but ended up spending almost the whole season injured. His contract was not renewed after the season.
On 15 January 2016, Rexhepi returned to the Veikkausliiga, signing a one-year contract with HJK.
Rexhepi has represented Finland from U16 to senior level and with Finland senior national team debut on 26 January 2013 in 3−0 loss against Sweden.
He also made his debut for Kosovo's first ever official match on 5 March 2014 against Haiti which ended in a draw 0–0.
