Louisburg is a village in Dallas County, Missouri, United States. The population was 122 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Springfield, Missouri Metropolitan Statistical Area.

An early variant name was Round Prairie. A post office called Round Prairie was established in 1847, and the name was changed to Louisburg in 1858. The present name is after Louis Hart, a pioneer citizen.

Louisburg is located at 37°45′24″N 93°8′25″W / 37.75667°N 93.14028°W / 37.75667; -93.14028 (37.756739, -93.140249).
