Lou Hirsch (born February 27, 1955) is an American actor, born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, United States, and currently based in the United Kingdom. He studied at the University of Miami and the Guildhall School of Music and Drama in London with future Star Trek: The Next Generation actress Marina Sirtis. He has an extensive list of credits in film, television, and theater going back more than 20 years.
He appeared as Headmaster Widdlesome in the film Thunderbirds (2004) and as Arnie Kowalski in the BBC TV comedy series My Hero from 2000 to 2006. Hirsch's other film credits include Superman III (1983) and Who Framed Roger Rabbit (1988; as the voice of Baby Herman). His first major TV appearance was as Hymie in We'll Meet Again in 1982.
In 2011, Hirsch appeared in the new British-American sitcom Episodes as Wallace, the security guard at the complex where the main characters live.
