Loučná nad Desnou (formerly Vízmberk, German: Wiesenberg) is a village and municipality (obec) in Šumperk District in the Olomouc Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 94.29 square kilometres (36.41 sq mi), and has a population of 1,903 (as at 28 August 2006).
Loučná nad Desnou lies approximately 15 kilometres (9 mi) north-east of Šumperk, 55 km (34 mi) north of Olomouc, and 191 km (119 mi) east of Prague.
It was the birthplace of Alfred Brendel.
