Lodge is a town in Colleton County, South Carolina, United States. The population was 120 at the 2010 census.
Lodge is located in northwestern Colleton County at the intersection of South Carolina Highways 64 and 217. SC 64 leads 21 miles (34 km) southeast to Walterboro, the county seat, and 4 miles (6 km) northwest to Ehrhardt, while SC 217 leads east 8 miles (13 km) to Smoaks. According to the United States Census Bureau, Lodge has a total area of 3.1 square miles (8.1 km2), all of it land.
As of the census of 2000, there were 114 people, 50 households, and 37 families residing in the town. The population density was 36.3 people per square mile (14.0/km²). There were 59 housing units at an average density of 18.8 per square mile (7.3/km²). The racial makeup of the town was 89.47% White, 3.51% African American, 7.02% from other races.
