Professor Ljubomir Danailov Frčkoski (Macedonian: Љубомир Данаилов Фрчкоски) (born December 12, 1957 in Skopje, Socialist Republic of Macedonia, Yugoslavia) is a Macedonian politician and former presidential candidate of the Social Democratic Union of Macedonia for the 2009 Macedonian presidential election. He is a Professor of Public International Law and International Relations at the Faculty of Law, Ss. Cyril and Methodius University of Skopje in Skopje, Republic of Macedonia.
Ljubomir Frčkoski graduated at the Faculty of Law in Skopje in 1981. In 1986 he completed the Master Studies thus achieving vocational title Master of Laws. Professor Frčkoski obtained his Doctorate at the University of Ljubljana in the area of Law and the Political sciences in 1989.
Professor Frčkoski speaks fluent English.
Professor Frčkoski was a member of the Government of the Republic of Macedonia from 1990 until 1997. A minister without portfolio until 1992, Minister of the Interior from 1992–1996, and Minister of Foreign Affairs from 1996 - 1997. He was also one of the "Founding Fathers" of the Macedonian Foreign Intelligence Service (in Macedonian: Agencija za Razuznavanje) in 1995.
