Lipscomb (/ˈlɪpskəm/ LIP-skəm) is a small town in, and the county seat of, Lipscomb County, Texas, United States. The population was 44 at the 2000 census.

Lipscomb is located at 36°13′56″N 100°16′19″W / 36.23222°N 100.27194°W / 36.23222; -100.27194 (36.232224, -100.271869). According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 5.1 square miles (13 km2), all of it land.

Lipscomb is located in the northwest corner of its namesake CDP, and is the locus of US postal zip code 79056.
