Li Mengling (Chinese: 李梦龄) (1903–1985) was a People's Republic of China politician. He was born in Jin County, Hebei Province (modern Jinzhou, Hebei Province). He was Communist Party of China Committee Secretary of Jilin Province. He was a delegate to the 1st National People's Congress.
