Levçay is one of the tributaries of the Tartarchay in Karabakh of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Levçay is a tributary of Tartarchay, a 36-kilometre (22 mi) long river flowing from mountains in central Kalbajar Rayon into Tartarchay. The latter proceeds west through the Tartar and Barda districts and flows into the Kura River.
