Leonville is a town in St. Landry Parish, Louisiana, United States. The population was 1,007 at the 2000 census. It is part of the OpelousasEunice Micropolitan Statistical Area.

Leonville is located at 30°28′12″N 91°58′57″W / 30.47000°N 91.98250°W / 30.47000; -91.98250 (30.470031, -91.982407).
