Leonardo "Leo" Martín Gutiérrez (born May 16, 1978) is an Argentine professional basketball player. He is a power forward.
Gutiérrez has career averages of 13 points and 5 rebounds per game in the Argentine League, while playing in 800 games over 17 seasons. He has scored 10,411 points in the top Argentine League. He is in the top 10 all-time in the league in both games played and points scored.
Gutiérrez has won numerous medals with Argentina's senior national team, including the gold medal at the 2001 FIBA Americas Championship and 2011 FIBA Americas Championship and silver medals at the 2003 FIBA Americas Championship, the 2005 FIBA Americas Championship and the 2007 FIBA Americas Championship. He also won a bronze medal at the 2009 FIBA Americas Championship.
He also won a silver medal at the 2002 FIBA World Championship, a gold medal at the 2004 Summer Olympic Games, and a bronze medal at the 2008 Summer Olympic Games.
Gutiérrez met his wife at Venado Tuerto, while playing for Olimpia. He married his longtime fiancee on June 17, 2006. He and his wife have two children. He welcomed his first child in 1999, and his daughter, Mora, in 2009.
