Leisure Village West-Pine Lake Park was an unincorporated community and census-designated place (CDP) located within Manchester Township, in Ocean County, New Jersey, United States. As of the 2000 United States Census, the CDP's population was 11,085. For the 2010 Census the area was split into two CDPs, Leisure Village West and Pine Lake Park.
According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP had a total area of 9.8 km2 (3.8 mi2), all of it land.
At the 2000 United States Census, there were 11,085 people, 4,891 households and 3,135 families residing in the CDP. The population density was 1,126.3/km2 (2,916.0/mi2).
