Lee Jackson is an English former rugby league footballer of the 1980s, 1990s, and 2000s. He was a Hooker for the Great Britain team, England, Hull F.C. (twice), Sheffield Eagles, South Sydney Rabbitohs, Newcastle Knights, Leeds, and York City Knights.
Hull-born Jackson was arguably the most talented British hooker of his generation. He featured on the 1990 Lions tour and played in Hull's 14-4 victory over Widnes in the Premiership Final during the 1990–91 season at Old Trafford, Manchester on 12 May 1991. before joining Sheffield Eagles. He was selected to go on the 1992 Great Britain Lions tour of Australia and New Zealand.
Lee Jackson scored the fastest ever try in either code of rugby, after 9-seconds for Hull F.C. in the 8-12 defeat by Sheffield Eagles in the 1992 Yorkshire County Cup semi-final during the 1992–93 season at the Don Valley Stadium on Tuesday 6 October 1992.
