The Learjet 70/75 is a Learjet development program by Canadian aircraft manufacturer Bombardier Aerospace. The light business jet is being developed in anticipation of business aircraft recovery predicted by Bombardier. These models feature new avionics, winglets and powerful engines that use less fuel.

The airframe is based on the Learjet 40 and 45 models with modifications to improve performance. Canted winglet design was incorporated from the Bombardier Global 7000/8000. The Learjet 75 received its type certificate from the FAA on 14 November 2013 and deliveries began shortly thereafter. This delay in certification caused Bombardier's overall deliveries to fall below expectations and cancellations of aircraft orders.
