Lazarus Hangula

Lazarus Hangula is the vice-chancellor of the University of Namibia. He replaced Peter Katjavivi, who left to become an ambassador for Namibia. Hangula earned his M.A. and Ph.D. from the Johannes Gutenberg University of Mainz in Germany.
