Lawrence Park Collegiate Institute is a high school in the Lawrence Park neighbourhood of Toronto. Built in 1936, it is a non-semestered school.

Home to over 1,100 current staff and students, over 90% of its graduates go on to University.

Recognized across the country for its music program, LPCI is home to the city's first band and orchestral program. Lawrence Park offers three streams of music: band, strings, and vocal. The highly recognized music educator Dawson Woodburn, brought the music program to national prominence in the early 1960s. The LPCI Music Department is still considered one of Canada's strongest and brightest music programs. Other notable teachers include Natalie Kuzmich, John Barron, John McDougall, Ken Hazlett and William Brown. The Music Department has won numerous provincial and national titles. Most recently, the LPCI FLOREAT Women's Choir, under the direction of Mr. William Brown, captured 1st Prize in the 2016 National Music Finals for Best High School Choir in Canada, and were awarded by the jury "Best Choir in the National Finals", The choir also has won several provincial titles.

The school has commissioned many works over the years. R. Murray Schafer created TRENODY (Epitaph for Moonlight, Statement in Blue, The New Soundscape) for the students of LPCI and was recorded by the school's orchestra and choirs in 1979. The project was conducted by John Barron and John McDougall. In recent years, William Brown has commissioned many works by composers Derek Healey, Howard Cable, Joey Williamson, and recent graduate of LPCI Johnny MacMillan.

Music graduates can be found throughout the music community. For example: Shane Kim, Violin - Toronto Symphony Orchestra Dr. Hilary Apfelstadt - Choral Director, University of Toronto Josh Grossman - Artistic Director Toronto Jazz Festival

There are over 50 athletic clubs that wear the Panther colours of blue and gold. In recent years Lawrence Park has won TDSB Championships in Swimming, (boys and girls), Cross Country, Curling (girls), Ice Hockey (girls), Soccer (boys and girls), Track and Field, Tennis, Volleyball, Alpine Skiing and Snowboarding.

In March 2016 both the girls' Curling team and the girls' Hockey team won OFSAA championships.

The drama program hosts annual performances including United Artists for a Cause and the Grade 12 One Act Festival. "Masquerade," a school magazine, showcases the music, drama and visual arts programs at Lawrence Park Collegiate.

The school donates and runs events for many charities such as United Way.

The building has been the site of several movies and videos:

- Canadian singer Shiloh sang one of her songs in the school in room 102, the girls' washroom on the first floor, the first floor hallway, and outside in the front of the school. As well as many MTV commercials being shot in the school.
