"Lakini's Juice" is a song by alternative rock group Live, which was released as the first single from their 1997 album, Secret Samadhi.
The song was not released as a single in the United States, but it reached #35 on the Billboard Hot 100 Airplay music chart, #1 on the Billboard Modern Rock Tracks chart and #2 on the Mainstream Rock Tracks charts. The song reached #29 on the UK Singles Chart, the band's highest UK Singles Chart position.
The song opens with some abrasive staccato guitar and features an orchestra towards the end. There is a constant dissonance running throughout the track. The B-side track "Supernatural" is a live recording, made at "The Academy" in New York City on November 19, 1994; although this particular version was previously unreleased, a different performance of the same song, from the band's appearance on MTV Unplugged, previously appeared on the Vic Chesnutt tribute album Sweet Relief II: Gravity of the Situation in 1996.
The music video for the song was directed by Gavin Bowden.
In addition to its UK chart appearance, the song reached #20 in Canada, #69 in the Netherlands, #21 in Australia and #37 in New Zealand.
