Ladonia is an unincorporated community and census-designated place (CDP) in Russell County, Alabama, United States. At the 2010 census the population was 3,142. It is part of the Columbus, Georgia-Alabama, Metropolitan Statistical Area.

Ladonia is located at 32°27′56″N 85°5′21″W / 32.46556°N 85.08917°W / 32.46556; -85.08917 (32.465666, -85.089046).
