Laclede County is a county located in the U.S. state of Missouri. As of the 2010 census, the population was 35,571. Its county seat is Lebanon. The county was organized February 24, 1849, and was named after Pierre Laclède, founder of St. Louis.

Laclede County comprises the Lebanon, MO Micropolitan Statistical Area.

According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the county has a total area of 768 square miles (1,990 km2), of which 765 square miles (1,980 km2) is land and 3.3 square miles (8.5 km2) (0.4%) is water.

As of the census of 2000, there were 32,513 people, 12,760 households, and 9,187 families residing in the county. The population density was 42 people per square mile (16/km²). There were 14,320 housing units at an average density of 19 per square mile (7/km²). The racial makeup of the county was 97.04% White, 0.42% Black or African American, 0.49% Native American, 0.29% Asian, 0.05% Pacific Islander, 0.34% from other races, and 1.37% from two or more races. Approximately 1.23% of the population were Hispanic or Latino of any race.
