L.S.T. is the second album from Japanese multi-instrumentalist Shugo Tokumaru. It has been released in Japan, France and New Zealand.

A hidden track, "Tears Below the Freezing Point", starts approximately one second after "5 A.M." ends, with the transition smooth enough for many to mistake it as part of the same track.

Lil' Chief Records pressings also include two extra tracks and a bonus CD-ROM with multimedia content.
