Kirkersville is a village in Licking County, Ohio, United States, along the South Fork of the Licking River. The population was 525 at the 2010 census.
Kirkersville was platted in 1832 by Dr. William C. Kirker, and named for him.
Kirkersville is located at 39°57′30″N 82°35′46″W / 39.958220°N 82.595998°W.
According to the United States Census Bureau, the village has a total area of 2.24 square miles (5.80 km2), all land.
As of the census of 2010, there were 525 people, 194 households, and 145 families residing in the village. The population density was 234.4 inhabitants per square mile (90.5/km2). There were 214 housing units at an average density of 95.5 per square mile (36.9/km2). The racial makeup of the village was 94.5% White, 2.9% African American, 0.2% Native American, 1.1% Asian, 0.4% from other races, and 1.0% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 0.6% of the population.
