Khamiso Goth (Urdu: خمیسو گوٹھ ‎) is one of the neighbourhoods of New Karachi Town in Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan.

There are several ethnic groups in Khamiso Goth including Muhajirs, Sindhis, Kashmiris, Seraikis, Pakhtuns, Balochis, Memons, Bohras, Ismailis, etc.
