Keystone is a city in Benton County, Iowa, United States. The population was 622 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Cedar Rapids Metropolitan Statistical Area.
Keystone was platted in 1881 when the Chicago, Milwaukee, and St. Paul Railroad was extended to that point.
