Kentucky Route 800 (KY 800) is an 18.919 miles (30.447 km)-long rural-secondary state highway located entirely in northern Christian County in western Kentucky.
KY 800 begins at a junction with KY 109 in northwest Christian County. It goes on an easterly path to cross US 41 and the Edward T. Breathitt Pennyrile Parkway at Crofton. It then goes further east to intersect KY 189. It briefly runs concurrently for 0.35 miles (0.56 km). KY 800 then goes further east to terminate at a junction with KY 107 about 2 miles (3.2 km) short of the Christian-Todd County line.
