Kentucky Route 413 (KY 413) is a 5.022-mile-long (8.082 km) state highway in the U.S. state of Kentucky. The highway connects mostly rural areas of Harlan County with Loyall and Baxter.

KY 413 begins at an intersection with KY 840 (Wilkerson Street) in the central part of Loyall, within the central part of Harlan County. It travels to the north-northeast and turns right, to the southeast, onto County Pike. It parallels some railroad tracks of CSX. It curves to the northeast, begins paralleling the Cumberland River, and leaves the city. It intersects the southern terminus of KY 3460 (Sukey Ridge Road). It curves to the east-northeast and crosses over some of those railroad tracks before entering Baxter. It curves to the northeast and begins paralleling the Poor Fork of the Cumberland River before it intersects the northern terminus of KY 72 and travels under an overpass that carries U.S. Route 119 (US 119). The highway curves to the north-northeast and intersects US 421 (Pine Mountain Road). It curves to the east-northeast and travels through Gatun. It curves to the northeast and crosses over the CSX railroad tracks. The highway then meets its eastern terminus, an intersection with KY 522.
