Kentucky Route 233 (KY 233) is a 9.5-mile-long (15.3 km) state highway in the U.S. state of Kentucky. The highway travels through of mostly rural areas of Knox and Laurel counties.

KY 233 begins at an intersection with KY 6 west-northwest of Dishman Springs, within Knox County. It travels to the northeast, paralleling Big Indian Creek, and curves to a northerly direction. The highway heads to the north-northwest It enters Rossland, where it crosses over the East Fork Lynn Camp Creek and crosses over some CSX railroad tracks]]. The highway enters Gray. There, it intersects the eastern terminus of KY 2408 (Dr. Jones Lane) and then the western terminus of KY 1232 (Barbourville Road) before it meets U.S. Route 25E (Cumberland Gap Parkway). It heads to the north and crosses over Hazel Fork. The highway enters Laurel County, where it crosses over Little Robinson Creek, curves to the northeast, and meets its northern terminus, an intersection with KY 830 (Robinson Creek Road).
