Ken Kobayashi (小林 健, Kobayashi Ken^?, born February 14, 1949) has been the CEO of Mitsubishi Corporation since June 2010. He has held a position with the company since 1971. Kobayashi received his degree from Tokyo University in 1971.

Since becoming CEO, Kobayashi was able to effectively manage the company to an ROA of 1.5%.
