Kelley Packer is a Republican Idaho State Representative since 2012 representing District 28 in the B seat and is a Republican candidate for Lieutenant Governor for the 2018 primary election.
Packer graduated from Marsh Valley High School and earned her Associate of Arts (AA) degree from American InterContinental University. She works in Public Relations.
Packer supported Mitt Romney in the Republican Party presidential primaries, 2012.
On April 5, 2017, Packer filled to run for Lieutenant Governor of Idaho. On April 10, 2017, she announced that she will run for Lt. Gov. at her kick off outside of Holt Arena. She plans on making over 200 campaign stops in the campaign.
