Keller is located at 37°37′12″N 75°45′52″W / 37.62000°N 75.76444°W / 37.62000; -75.76444 (37.619897, -75.764312).

According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 0.3 square miles (0.9 km²), all of it land.

As of the census of 2000, there were 173 people, 77 households, and 45 families residing in the town. The population density was 502.2 people per square mile (196.5/km²). There were 90 housing units at an average density of 261.2 per square mile (102.2/km²). The racial makeup of the town was 80.92% White, 12.72% African American, 0.58% Native American, 3.47% from other races, and 2.31% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 5.78% of the population.
