Kawana Waters State College is a Kindergarten to Year 12 College situated in the Kawana Waters urban area on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, Australia. According to the website, the college is situated on the coastal strip between Mooloolaba and Caloundra, approximately 100 km north of Brisbane. The campus is next to Lake Kawana.
The College is the result of a merger between Bokarina State School, a P–7 school which opened in 1987, and Kawana Waters State High School, which opened in 1986.
KWSC is currently enrolling local students, as well as International Students
KWSC consists of a Junior, Middle and High School campus. According to KWSC's Website, Kawana Waters State College has an extensive range of subject offerings including Overall Positions (OP) and vocational education.
KWSC is near the Wurtulla Beach and Lake Kawana. Sport related events are held in these areas.
