Kamikitachō Station (上北町駅 Kamikitachō-eki?) is a railway station on the Aoimori Railway Line located in the town of Tōhoku, Aomori Prefecture, Japan. It is 64.5 rail kilometers from the terminus of the Aoimori Railway Line at Aomori Station.
Kamikitachō Station was opened on September 1, 1891 as Numazaki Station (沼崎駅 Numazaki-eki?) on the Nippon Railway. It became a station on the Tōhoku Main Line of the Japanese Government Railways (JGR), the pre-war predecessor to the Japan National Railway (JNR), on July 1, 1906. On October 1, 1959, the station was renamed to its present name. With the privatization of the JNR on April 1, 1987, it came under the operational control of East Japan Railway Company (JR East).
The section of the Tōhoku Main Line including this station was transferred to Aoimori Railway on December 4, 2010.
Kamikitachō Station has one side platform and one island platform serving three tracks. The platforms are connected to a single-story station building by an overpass. Only the outer tracks 1 and 3 are in regular operation.
