The Kaikadi language is a Dravidian language related to Malayalam, spoken by about 23,000 people of the nomad Kaikadi tribe. It contains the words from Telugu, Bhojpuri & Marathi languages. It is also closely related to the Waddar language. Kaikadis show their close relevance to the Chitpavan Brahmins & Waddars, due to the position of Ambejogai.
